Prism has always been about more than what comes out of our own kitchen. We believe some of the most interesting food happens when people are given the space to experiment, collaborate, and share something of their own.

As Prism enters its next chapter, we're opening our kitchen and dining room to guest chefs, culinary professionals, and food makers interested in creating pop-ups and special dining experiences in Tulsa.

Whether you have a menu you've been dreaming about, want to test a new concept, are visiting Tulsa and looking for a kitchen, or simply want to cook something that doesn't fit within your everyday work—we'd love to hear about it.

Prism offers an intimate, established restaurant setting with a commercial kitchen, dining room, equipment, wares, and the infrastructure needed to turn an idea into an actual event.

For select projects, we love working directly with other chefs.

Collaborative events are developed together, with Prism and the guest chef sharing the creative and operational responsibilities of bringing the dinner to life.

For these events, we can establish a shared financial structure in advance, typically accounting for direct food costs, event labor, and ticket-processing expenses before distributing the remaining proceeds between collaborators.

Prism contributes the space without charging the collaborating chef a venue rental fee.

Already have the concept and want to run your own event?

Prism is also available to chefs and culinary professionals who want an established space to host an independent pop-up.

Depending on the event, we can provide access to our commercial kitchen, dining room, equipment and serviceware, while you maintain creative ownership of your menu and experience.

We'll work together beforehand to establish the scope, staffing, responsibilities, and costs so everyone knows exactly how the evening will operate.

We're especially interested in working with people who care deeply about their craft.

You don't need to cook like Prism.

In fact, we'd rather you didn't.

We're interested in chefs with a point of view—people who want to introduce Tulsa to something, explore an idea, celebrate a food tradition, test a concept, or simply cook a really memorable meal.

We value thoughtful sourcing, professionalism, hospitality, respect for the space, and a willingness to work collaboratively.
